We wish for enough

"When you wish upon a star, makes no difference who you are, anything your heart desires, will come to you." The ETHNN family, more than 85 nonprofits across East Texas, like Jiminy Cricket, is a family of believers. We believe that with equity and opportunity all people can reach their full potential "if your heart is in your dreams, no request is too extreme, when you wish upon a star, as dreamers do."

As we celebrate Hanukah and Christmas, we talk about wishes. The ETHNN family serves thousands of adults, families, and children whose wishes are simple. They are not wishing for jewelry or the latest game systems, they simply wish for and dream about the things most of us take for granted. They wish for enough… food when hungry, a place to call home, a job that pays enough to make ends meet, medical care when sick, transportation for everyday life, and an education for a brighter future.

At ETHNN we support and strengthen our nonprofits through relationship-building, research on needs and best-practices, poverty education, collaborative programs, advocacy, and the new 903help.org social services directory.
