Tyler Street Team exists to provide emergency care for the homeless, on location, and to connect them to local resources they may not be aware of, also assisting them in transportation to get there. TST is also connecting and educating community volunteers to those experiencing homelessness, and facilitating the opportunity to build bridges between homeless and non homeless citizens. We are communicating to our city, through the use of social media, to both create an awareness of the needs of those experiencing homelessness, and to connect volunteers to help us meet those needs.
